What the site collects — and what it does not
The website has no contact forms, no user accounts and no database holding patient data. When you press the booking button, WhatsApp opens with a pre-filled message: you send it from your own app, and it does not pass through our server.
Our hosting provider (Fly.io) keeps technical request logs — IP address, time, requested URL and browser type — for security and troubleshooting. We do not link those logs to a patient identity.
Phone, WhatsApp, Viber and email
When you call or message us we receive your phone number and the content of your message. We use them only to arrange your appointment and answer your question. WhatsApp (Meta) and Viber (Rakuten) are third-party services governed by their own privacy policies.
Medical records are kept at the clinic as required by healthcare record-keeping rules. They are not stored on this website and are never shared with advertising platforms.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, object to processing, and data portability. A message to the email above is enough; we answer within the period required by law.
If you believe we process your data unlawfully you can complain to the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection. Visitors from the EU may also complain to the supervisory authority in their own country.
Changes
If how we process data changes — for example if the site gains a booking form — we will update this page and the date at the top.
